Myst (Legacy) for Mobile App Reviews

Just like I remembered from the original PC game. Though when Im the Stoneship Age and turn on the generator, the sound doesnt stop, even when I go back to the Island of Myst. Anyone else have this problem?

One of the best point-and-click games on the IPhone! However, the price is exaggerated.

I still so not havs sound. There is no volume available.

Great on iPod Touch and would be fantastic on iPad.

I love this game. It has great puzzles, decent graphics for being made twenty years ago, but it keeps crashing in the selenetic age, and its almost impossible to complete the maze! But otherwise, great game.

This is great! Better then the original PC version as it is really a first-person, full 3D experience! This is a point and click, puzzler, explorer, finder game. It has no violence or unsuspected monsters etc. Most things are not time sensitive - tho a few puzzles do require multiple actions. A relaxing, logical, figure-it-out kind of game. You can take your time figuring out the functionality of the Myst worlds. Puzzle are good, tho there are some tough spots, BUT help and hints are a few clicks away (if you must). I cant say that some things arent a bit different then the original version as its been too long since I played it. It was almost like a new game, tho I did remember some of it. Amazing graphics and sound - very immersive. Well worth the money. Keep them all coming Cyan Worlds! Im sure Ill buy everyone you can produce!

Used to watch my parents play this game when i was 4. Now i love it! Its hard as hell though!

I play games with highly realistic graphics on huge television screens at 60 fps. Im young, so I have no nostalgia for this game. So why have I fallen in love with the beauty and immersion of this pre-rendered game on my iPod screen? I LOVE MYST.

What else is there to say? One of the most important games Ive played, and this iPhone version is completely faithful to the original - with higher quality graphics to boot!

Dont like this game one of the worts one I play to easy and boring wish I can get my money back on this one !!!

Play it on Windows 95 and find it back 11 years later on my iPhone its amazing. Its exactle the same as on a PC. But i paid for it and didnt see the free version. Expensive to play it and finish it in 1 day.

Restoring a saved game crashes the app. I got all the way to the end only to try to restore for the good ending and couldnt :(

Well, its certainly a classic time waster but not worth getting all wet about... not this far down the road. Its also a battery flattener, so I only play it at night when Im on charge. Otherwise its pretty much as I remember the original, if a bit dark; it can be hard to see details on the small screen. If youre a fan of the original youll enjoy the trip down memory lane. Younger players might well feel theyve been burned. I give it three stars for nostalgia value.

Excellent port of the original Myst game, I had lots of fun exploring all the ages and meeting Atrus ;) Thanks for the great game! Now do include less compressed pictures in Riven! And bring on Exile
